Gastronomy of Berlin

In this text I am going to expose the diverse gastronomy of Berlin, in Germany. The food is simple and it is formed by rural ingredients. The plates are abundant and not very delicate.

We can find plates as meat of pork and the bend in brine, roast goose accompanied of cabbage, veal, and white fish as the sander, the eel and the pike. In the area of the vegetables there are the cabbages, the vegetables like the peas, the turnips, beans, cucumbers and potatoes. The potatoes are vey used to do mashes of potato, potatoes with sauce and potatoes with bacon.

In the area of the drink, there is very known the German beer, which it is possible to find in any place where it is possible to eat or drink. The beer courts are called Biergarten, where they can be calm taking beer. There are different varieties of beer, as the black, the red or the blonde or Weisse mit Schu ß and the mixtures are different: Radler, Diesel, Potsdamer, Waldmeister…

Some typical foods that can be tasted in the restaurants of Berlin are: Gepökeltes Eisbein mit Erbspüree, Schnitzel Holstein, Fischtüfte, Hoppelpoppel, Kartoffelpuffer, Rote Grütze…

If I were a boy - Beyoncé

Beyoncé is one of the best singers of pop. She demonstrates it with every disc that she extracts.

This song, If I were a boy, sounds very sweetly in spite of just listening to the melody.

The song goes about what she might do or what she would feel if she was a boy. This one is of her new album: I am … Sasha Fierce.

I think it's a very beautiful sweet song!

Mobile phones

Today’s task is to answer the questions about mobile phones.

The first questions ask how mobile phones have changed in the last 30 years. Maybe the answer of this question is that mobile phones have taken over our current society since late 1940s.

When the mobile phone was created with analogical technology, which was much less reliable than the digital technology we use today, had a great deal more static and noise interference than we are accustomed to today.
Another disadvantage was the large size of the mobile phones.

The second questions talks about the different uses of mobile phone by young people. Nowadays teenagers use mobile phones to send SMS and MMS (Multimedia message), SMS to send e-mails (in Japan, Korea, China and India). But they use the mobile for other things like listening to music, playing games, downloading things…

The last question that we have to find the information in the links is about the uses of the mobile in different cultures. For example, in china is a costume to send more SMS than in Spain. Spanish people use more the mobile to phone.

And the main question: Do the mobile phones affect your privacy?
Yes, there’re some moments in the day that are interrupted by mobile phones. When you’re walking down the street very peacefully and you hear one person talking on the phone, you’re disturbed by it. This is one thing, but there’re more things that affects our privacy. When you’re in a party and your phone rings, you have to answer it and the people that are with you are listening what are you saying, and the people get angry.

My symbol

I have put this photo because I really like to travel so much. I like visiting places and to go across, though I'm very calm and placid. When I go on a holiday, I don´t have a rest in all the day. Also I like to do photos to everything I see, I don't leave the camera for any moment!
